An effective home remedy for hip and knee cartilage regeneration

– One liter of water.

– A teaspoon of sage.

– A teaspoon of thyme.

– A spoonful of rosemary.

– A teaspoon of mint or spearmint.

Preparation and method of use:

  • Heat the water to a boil
  • Add herbs and simmer for five minutes.
  • After the time is up, turn off the heat and leave the dough in an uncovered container for 15 minutes.
  • Finally, season and store in the refrigerator once it has cooled completely.
